Cindy Lou Who is a petite little girl that loves her person.  Cindy Lou has improved dramatically and is prancing around like she owns the place.  She gets along with other dogs.  She ignores the cat also.  She was in very bad shape when she came into the rescue.  She had a severe skin infection that is improving daily.  She loves to give kisses and sleep in your lap.  She is potty pad trained currently working on learning to use bathroom outside.

All dogs will be spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, heart worm tested, wormed, micro-chipped and will have had 1 month of heart worm preventative, and 1 month of flea preventative before adoption.
